RP 210E Remote Panel

The RP 210E is a high resolution, sunlight capable remote touchscreen panel for the 200 and 400 series of Marine Pro engine controllers (DCU’s). This responsive touch screen panel is fully weather protected both front and rear, with an IP56 environmental qualification and weather tight connectors.

Compared to the existing RP 210 remote panel, the new RP 210E has the following advantages:

• Higher resolution screen and better colour depth
• Much faster processor
• Capacitive touch screen technology instead of resistive gives better response to operator inputs
• IP56 sealed front and rear
• Deutsch DT-connector connectivity

The panel connects to a DCU using only a standard Ethernet cable, and will automatically “find” any DCU’s that are connected to the network. No configuring, no setup, no hassle. Additionally, when connected, the RP 210E will update itself with any DCU configuration changes automatically, providing seamless consistency across all panels. Today, there is a “one to one” relationship with the network in that the RP displays a replica from one DCU.

Using the brightness adjustable touch screen, the operator gets full overview and control of the equipment, exactly as operating the DCU engine controller locally at the engine. The operator can select the language at the RP 210E independently of the DCU.

There is no practical limit to how many RP 210E remote panels that can be connected to one engine controller.

Note! A Basic Harness Kit (P/N: 1006946)  including one prewired Deutsch DT-connector with a 2 m power cable and three sealing blind plugs for easy installation is available and if needed, this must be ordered separately.
