Responsibility change unit

The responsibility change unit will indicate that a change in responsibility in the engine room is required, (attended - unattended).
This change signal comes across pin no. 9 from the responsibility indication unit KRF-1.
At the same time the lamp starts flashing, a relay  is engaged on the unit that starts change lamp and buzzer on watch/responsibility panel in the engine room. By pressing S1, change pulse is returned to responsibility indication unit KRF-1, and lamp and buzzer in engine room are reset.
