The DCU 110 is a compact Auto-Maskin control unit for diesel engines on generator sets and propulsion engines, from 2005. It has start, stop, reset and standby buttons, a key switch and LED indication on the front, and the engine switches, senders and magnetic pickup are wired on the rear.
- 5 switch input channels plus magnetic pickup, alternator and automatic start/stop signal
- Built-in alarms: low battery voltage, overspeed, engine stopped, engine failed to stop, start failure after three attempts, pickup failure and alternator failure
- Relays for ready to start, common alarm, reset and running, and 30 A outputs for ETS / ETR and crank
- 12 or 24 VDC, panel cut-out 135 × 95 mm, front IP54
The DCU 110 is discontinued. Current replacements are the Auto-Maskin DCU 305 R3 LT for classed installations and the Auto-Maskin DCU 210E for unclassed installations. The original installation manual with connections, configuration and schematic is in the downloads below.
