Cylinder head MAN 9L58/64 without intermediate piece, Cat. No.: 055.04.001

Without rocker arms, springs, valves etc as seen on pictures

Completely overhauled, following works done:
- cylinder head dismantled, cleaned
- visually checked
- combustion chamber and surface of valve seats mechanically cleaned
- crack testing of worn surface and seal strip
- pressure test 10 bar
- mechanical treatment before hot welding
- cylinder head combustion area three worn seal strips hot welded
- hot treatment of complete cylinder head with controlled cool down to surrounding area
- welded areas trimmed and crack tested
- cylinder head sand blasted
- mechanical treatment of all areas
- mounting hole of cooling sleeve spindled and honed to oversize
