Used RWO (Veolia Water) bilge water separator for 15 ppm separation under MARPOL 73/78 Annex I. Serial no. 11657, built 2009, Wheelmark (MED) and USCG approved.

  • Self-contained, skid mounted, with pump, automatic control box, valves and piping fitted and wired ex works
  • Two-stage process: open porous oleophilic coalescer with automatic backflushing, followed by an emulsion-breaking oil and hydrocarbon polisher
  • Automatic bypass: the 15 ppm monitor checks the water from the first stage and bypasses the polisher while the oil content is below the set value, which extends the polisher life
  • Below 1 ppm oil content in the effluent under IMO conditions (RWO data)
  • Suction-type mono (eccentric screw) pump avoids emulsifying the bilge water
  • Automatic oil discharge and coalescer backwash, practically maintenance free
  • Electric heating of the oil collection zone
  • Fitted with Deckma Hamburg OMD-24 15 ppm bilge alarm monitor (2009, Wheelmark 0736/09), approved to MEPC.107(49)
  • Microprocessor control box with two-line LCD display, POWER / FAILURE / STATUS / BILGE LEVEL indicators, heater switch, hand-0-auto selector and main switch, 230 V 50/60 Hz
